Partner Portal Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of the Dubrovnik Food Tours Agency Portal by approved travel trade partners.
1. Authorized business use
The Agency Portal is provided for legitimate business use by an approved partner and its authorized team members. Portal access may be used to submit, review and manage reservations with Dubrovnik Food Tours.
2. Secure portal link
Your portal link is a confidential access credential. It may be shared only with authorized members of your own organization who require access for booking or operational purposes.
The link must not be forwarded to clients, other agencies, external suppliers, contractors or other third parties, and must not be published on websites, shared drives open to third parties, social media or other public channels.
3. Responsibility for access
Your organization is responsible for activity performed through its portal link. If the link is lost, disclosed outside your organization, or accessible to a person who should no longer have access, please contact Dubrovnik Food Tours promptly so the access link can be replaced or disabled.
4. Partner rates and commercial information
Partner rates and other commercial information displayed in the portal are intended for the approved partner's internal business use and must not be publicly distributed or presented as public Dubrovnik Food Tours pricing.
5. Booking requests and confirmation
A booking request is not confirmed until the Agency Portal shows the reservation as Confirmed. Dubrovnik Food Tours may confirm the requested date and time or propose an alternative when necessary. The portal displays the current status of each reservation.
6. Agent details and booking information
Each booking should contain accurate agent contact information. A shared company booking email may be used by multiple authorized team members, provided the individual agent name is entered for each reservation.
7. Voucher uploads and data minimisation
Voucher upload is optional and is intended only for booking vouchers relevant to the reservation. Do not upload passports, identity documents, payment card details or other unnecessary personal or sensitive documents.
8. Payment and operational information
Payment, invoicing, guide assignment and other operational information shown in the portal reflects the latest information recorded by Dubrovnik Food Tours. Previously sent emails are historical notifications and may not reflect later changes.
9. Suspension or withdrawal of access
Dubrovnik Food Tours may suspend, replace or withdraw portal access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse prevention, termination of the partnership or protection of booking and customer information.
